High Availability, BCP (Business Continuity Planning) or DRP (Data Recovery Plan)

It is to implement technical and organizational solutions to achieve our customers’ needs in terms of business continuity planning.

The interruption of some IS or IT services could rise kind of business issues and concerns, but sometimes could lead to losing market share.

Basically, interruption of services can avoid normal business process to work like an inability for customers to take orders, or deny taking commitments to deliver products to them. In any case, we are talking about SLA (Service Level Agreement) within different stages to make sure that every IT service is using accurate and well-sized IT infrastructure.

Finally, BCP/DRP solutions should incorporate SLA calculation for each IT component at business level and must take in account functional, technical and financial constraints.

Framework and Open Source Tools

We created a lot of tools and frameworks based on Open Source and approved solutions. These tools are to monitor and control production operations such as to support ITIL methodologies.
